| "We stand in public witness to lives and hopes lost due to violence. We stand in solidarty in our support of human rights and civil liberties. We stand in support of nonviolent solutions to conflict. Because we want a world of peace and tolerance in which the dignity of each individual is respected, we are committed to actions that end US support for illegal occupation of Palestine by Israel, protect the civil liberties compromised by the War on Terror, sow seeds of peace, and replace US unilateralism with US partnership with nations of the world.
