Beginning Quilting with M&M
Taught by Michelle Brown & Marie Chestnut
Sundays, Sept. 27, Oct. 11, 25, November 8; 1-5pm; $80
In this class M&M will teach six different basic blocks using techniques such as strip piecing, mitered corners and appliqué. At each class you will also be given an optional "challenge block" for homework to help expand on and practice what you just learned. The last class will be quilt assembling, sashing, border and binding construction. In the end you will have a beautiful sampler quilt as well as the basics needed to begin making quilts on your own.
