| Ages 5-12 learn this wonderful, athletic Brazilian Martial Art. A non-contact sport, Capoeira is known as a fluid, powerful form created by slaves who were not allowed to practice any form of fighting or defense. Coded in movement, children learn form, function, discipline, music and instruments. They get Capoeira names and really learn about the culture as well! Fun and action packed! Starts Saturday, May 9th! |
