| Been away from ballet and dance for awhile or just always wanted to be a ballerina? No worries! This is a beginning class focusing on fun, alignment, core strength, flexability, strength through grace, languaging, and classical dance training protocol. Dress Code: Please wear something you can move in such as yoga pants, t-shirts or tanks ok, ballet slippers, hair should be pulled back, no necklaces or loose, dangly earrings. |
